Hired to develop an internal communications strategy, Connected Marketing was a key member of the overall Agilent management team. As an essential team player to one of Agilent's largest and profitable divisions, we created a comprehensive MarCom plan that was integral to changing and improving the company's manufacturing and product infrastructure- 'Fast Cycle Time'. For nearly two years, we instituted, managed, and continually maintained a set of tools that empowered employees to take action and participate in this organization's overall initiative.
