Informed of a revolutionary new product, Connected Marketing enthusiastically accepted the project of developing a go-to-market communications strategy. Faced with the challenge of educating consumers about a new technology (HP Instant Support), we quickly came up with a variety of marketing vehicles to address a myriad of communication needs. Given the channel model associated with HP Instant Support and its value-add components, our development timeframe required judicious strategic planning with timely but well executed deliverables. Our creative briefing process was instrumental in quickly identifying all aspects of the audience and selling cycle.
