Leading a company-wide effort, Connected Marketing was tasked with the strategic development of a full-proof seminar experience - online and interactive. Having no corporate precedent to leverage upon but asked to create a model of efficiency, we embarked upon a mission that involved channel expertise, instructional wisdom, creative know-how, and navigational proficiency.

After conducting thorough research, perusing the competition, and conducting client interviews, our analysis was achieved and our recommendation was made. As we presented our recommendation to Apple, we were confident that our proposed model was flexible enough to be used for other channels as well as repurposed for a variety of solutions. And most importantly, all of our results had to meet Apple's specific publication guidelines, standards, and overall branding. Fortunately the end result of our timely research and planning produced a final set of processes, guidelines, and templates that continue to be used over and over again. And, Connected Marketing continues to develop numerous Online Seminars, still based on these initial templates and plans. |
